I would of have liked to see all that stuff go down in The Shire between Saurman, Gimli, and the hobbits.

Me too. I also would have liked to have seen the Dunedain from the North with Aragorn and Glorfindel in his rightful place.  |

Ignore the terrible spelling....
-Halabard
-Elladan/ Elrothir... and don't give me the line, "oh there in the council beside Elrond." They weren't explained.
-Glorifindel
-Erestor
-Tom Bombadil
-The scouring of the Shire
-any buildup of the Farimir/Eowyn romance
-Bilbo's part in the Council... it was just too short
-The hall of fire
phew... that took me a while.
and there's more that i can't think of.
