Have you guys seen any references to LOTR in anyway or form in songs/tv/movies?
The main one i can think is the band Blind Guardian put out an album called Nightfall in Middle-Earth.
Can you guys think of any?

There's been a few on tv that I know about. On my name is Earl there's been a couple. This guy told a girl that compared to his girl she looks like one of those things in The Lord of the Rings that crawls out of the ground and tries to attack the castle, and Earl's brother Randy said Ewoks there called Ewoks. And again this week, they were at a college and Randy said he felt like that hobbit from Rudy when he walked onto the campus for the first time. Also on Jimmy Neutron, Sheen said there were lots of famous short guys, John Adams, Napoleon, Frodo....

Oh and there are a couple of Led Zepplin songs also. Ramble On- Twas int he darkest depts of Mordor, I met a girl so fair but Gollum and the evil one crept up and slipped away with her. The Battle of Evermore- The drums will shake the castle wall, the ringwraiths ride in black.

The series finale of Will & Grace, had a couple. There is this little gay guy, Hilary Leslie, that Jack and Karen don't like. He was trying to talk to Jack and Jack said don't you have places to go, a magic ring to protect. Then later this guy kissed Jack's fingers and he was spraying disinfectant on them and told Karen that he was trying to get Hobbit germs off.

I watched the South Park episode last week where they're all playing LOTR. It's probably old but I'd never seen it before and came across it when I was looking at myspace videos.
