that scene looks like it should be from the Return of the King EE the house of healing but I watched it and didn't see it either. Maybe it is a scene that never made the cut.

My favorite scene would probably be The Black Gates and the coronation. Most emotional would be when Eomer finds Eowyn on the field and thinks she's dead(EE) and yep Sam at Mt Doom. Chill moment when the Riders of Rohan get to Pelennor Fields and Aragorn's speech at the Black Gates.

OK now for changes that drove you crazy in RotK. The biggest one that comes to mind is Frodo telling Sam to go home and Sam not being with him in Shelob's tunnel. I really hated that PJ did that and I don't understand why he did it. I also missed the Dunedain coming to help Aragorn but once again, easy to cut out.

I Think PJ Did the Shelob One Just to Show How the Ring Was Changing Frodo and Sam's Relationship.
Regular Frodo Wouldn't Be So Cruel and Send Sam Away, But Ring-Frodo Would.

that was def. the thing that ticked me off the most cuz i loved reading the book and watching poor sam fight the darkness trying to find frodo. but yeah i can def. see that pj would wanna show what a strong effect the ring has on somebody.

My favorite part is personally when Legolas decides to bring down the Olliphant, and surfs on his trunk, then Gimli says, "That still only counts as one!" i think its hillarious because they just keep count of how many orcs they've killed (a bit cold blooded, but still funny)

Yes, I love the humor between Legolas and Gimli. Another favorite of their humorous parts is the drinking game on the extended version. Great.
