Didn't really know where to put this, but was just wondering something. Ok, well I have the theatrical trilogy box set, and I have all of the EE's seperately, but they've got the EE box set in this shop in town for like, really cheap price! I could take my EE's to this other shop, trade them in for some money then go buy the Box set of EE's (I have a weird fetish at the mo for prettyful dvd boxes - don't ask!).
Anyway I'll get to the point, does anyone have the EE box set and what are the individual EE's...packaged in. I mean are they all seperate like FOTR is in the green thing, TTT in red, ROTK in blue etc...? Are they just like how you'd buy the seperate EE's but in a nice big box, or have they not got the sort of...outer sleeve? I must sound like a right freak! If I'm making any sense to anyone and people understand me, could anyone enlighten me please?!
Thank you, your sincerely, freaky dvd box laura!

I own the seperate EE's like you do, but I looked it up on Amazon.com for you and yes they are the same green, red, and blue. They just all fit into one outer box, at least on the US amazon.com, but I would think they would be the same. Hope this helps.

Hey, thanks for the info! Silly me, didn't try checking amazon.com as they only had the pic of the box on amazon.co.uk and all the rest of the uk sites I looked on. Thanks again, tis much appreciated

Did anyone buy the new released Limited Edition set? I like that it has the extended and theatrical all on one disc, and I would like to see the bonus documentary. But, I just couldn't justify buying a whole new set when I already have both versions of each film. I think I will wait until they release them all on HD DVD as long as they release the extended edition.
